There is controversy about embryologic origin of this neoplasm and clarifying of definite rout of tumor from ectopic breast tissue or mammary-like sweat glands needs more study. In this case, we report a neoplasm originated from ectopic breast tissue in the vulval region and we study pathologic aspects of this tumor.
