This descriptive-analytic study is performed to determine the quality of preventional cares of postpartum hemorrhage in labor, delivery room and postpartum ward in gynecological and obstetrical centers of Tabriz. This article reports the results of study on 150 mothers who were selected by convenience sampling method and the prevention activities of postpartum hemorrhage were determined by observation.
