    <Abstract>Chondromyxoid fibroma is a rare benign neoplasm that rarely involves mandible. In this case a chondromixoid fibroma was reported in the posterior region of the left mandible. The relevant clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features and treatment of this case are presented. Surgery was performed under general anesthesia with extra oral access and resection of the lesion from the mesial of canine to distal of the third molar and AO plaques was used to maintain space and for secondary reconstruction.</Abstract>
