    <Abstract>Unilateral or bilateral renal agenesis usually is accompanied with multiple organs structural defects. Association of renal agenesis with imperforated anus and ambigus genitalia called Wernestrup syndrome. In this report we present a case of Wernestrup syndrome with additional structural defects of heart and skeletal system. As far as we now this is the first report of this associations.</Abstract>
