    <Abstract>Coagulopathy is a common finding in acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) patients whereas bleeding is seen more frequent. Coronary arteri and lower extremity thrombosis and thromboembolism rarely reported during presentation. We report a 49 year old male whose disease presented as inferior myocardial infarction along with lower limb thromboembolism showed up adjunct to fibrinolytic therapy.</Abstract>
