    <Abstract>Splenogonadal fusion is a rare and nonmalignant anomaly that has differential diagnosis with malignancies and often undergoes resection as malignant tumor. Although there are numerous reports of splenogonadal fusion in papers, no indication of this anomaly is seen in the reference books. Herein, we report a case of splenogonadal fusion.</Abstract>
