This study was to investigate the signs of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders in smoker and non-smoker students. Materials and Methods: According to this, 80 smokers and 100 non-smoking male students of Tabriz University were selected randomly. The participants were examined by vender Utah and Canners Adult questionnaires. The data's were analyzed by SPSS software version 18. Results: The results showed that there were significant differences in all components of adult ADHD between smokers and non-smokers. Smoker student had high level of ADHD components than non-smoker students. Conclusions: Finally, according to research results, it is necessary to have attention to ADHD problems in adult. Especially in our country, because our information about this problems very low.
