Background and Objectives: The Purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of endurance- resistance versus resistance-endurance on serum indices of cell damage (CK, CKMB, CKMM, LDH) in non-athlete males. Materials and Methods: Sixteen healthy men in two homogenous groups were underwent endurance-resistance (E-R) [n=8 age: 23±2 years, BMI: 21.58±1.23 kg/m2 and VO2max:41.01±2.27 ml/kg/main] of resistance – endurance (R-E) [n=8 age: 23±2 years, BMI: 23.26±3.17 kg/m2 and VO2max: 41.66±2.68 ml/kg/main] exercise. Blood samples were taken 5 minute before and one hour after the exercise protocols. Collected data were analyzed by the paired and independent samples t test. Results: There was a significant in CK, CKMB, CKMM, LDH serum levels in both arms. But significant different between two groups. Conclusion: The Results showed that a combination of both activities (endurance- resistance and strength - endurance) increased serum markers of cellular damage have been. This combination of performance (endurance - resistance) compared with (strength - endurance) despite no significant difference in the indices between the two groups, will create less damage. Therefore, further studies should be done to obtain definitive results.
