    <Abstract>Background and Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of attention training technique (ATT) in treatment of major depression; The Technique is based on an information processing model of emotional disorders that deals with self-focused and inflexible attention. Materials and Methods: This research was performed on the framework of single case experimental plan and was done  on three patients with follow-up at 1, 3 and 6 months by using multiple-baselines in 8 sessions. Instruments were included BDI II, BAI and MCQ. Results: Treatment created meaningful and consider able changes in depression, anxiety and metacognitive beliefs of depression patients. Conclusion: Result of this research showed, ATT could be effective in treatment of patient with major depression.</Abstract>
