    <Abstract>Essential Iris atrophy in one of the distinct patterns of irido corneal Endothelial (ICE) Syndromes. The two others are chandler syndrome and Cogan – Reese syndrome, that according to compbell, in all of these, essential abnormalitis are in the endothelium of the cornea. A patient with this type of abnormality, with corneal edrma and scar and elevated IOP reffered and undergone penetrating Keratoplasty, then multiple holes in iris was determined and diagnosed as essential Iris atrophy.</Abstract>
