    <Abstract>Testicular epidermal cyst is a very rare lesion in approximately 1-2% of testicular tumors. It,s also been referred to this lesion as Mono dermal cystic teratoma which is still controversial topic in this regards. In the most cases, the lesion was diagnosed by ultrasound epidermal cysts can be treated by keeping the testicles. In this study we report the clinical and morphological characteristics of left testicular epidermal cysts in a 22 years old patient, with a mass in the right testicle. With Preoperative diagnosis can be removed tumor while maintaining the testes.</Abstract>
